SAYRE MANSION
In 1858 Robert Heysham Sayre, engineer and industrialist, moved his family into this Gothic Revival mansion, the first to be built in what is now the Fountain Hill National Historic District. This distinguished entrepreneur and benefactor, played a strategic role in the development of The Lehigh Valley Railroad, Lehigh University, St. Luke's Hospital and The Bethlehem Steel Co.

Meticulously restored, this bed and breakfast Inn offers luxury and comfort in seventeen guest rooms each preserving the architectural details of the mansion.

The Sayre Mansion is conveniently located within blocks of Lehigh University, St. Luke's Hospital, Historic Downtown Bethlehem and the Revitalized Southside Shopping District. The Inn is five minutes from the Lehigh Valley International Airport and less than ninety minutes from New York City, Philadelphia and The Pocono Mountains.

MEETING FACILITIES
Gatherings and special events are held in a pair of elegant parlors, each with its own fireplace. Century old trees adorn the two acres of picturesque grounds which provide a beautiful setting for outdoor affairs on the terrace. The Asa Packer Room accommodates over thirty guests and is an ideal setting for meetings and private parties. It offers high speed wireless Internet access and all pertinent meeting equipment.

The Sayre Mansion staff is ready to assist you in making arrangements to best suit your individual needs. The Inn's tradition of fine service and attention to detail will help insure the success of your event. The Inn sits on two acres of picturesque grounds adorned with century old trees which provide a beautiful setting for your event. Between April and October weddings can accommodate up to 150 guests incorporating the use of our Parlors, Porch and Patio which adjoins an elegant 30' x 60' tent to the mansion. Throughout the year, we are equally well suited for smaller intimate gatherings using the interior of the mansion.
